Philosophy

With the rise of diet-related health challenges, in good part stemming from overly-processed foods, Matthew Kenney’s mission and focus are clear–to provide a wonderful, healthful alternative to traditional restaurant and packaged fare. Chef Kenney creates signature dishes that are as beautiful to look at as they are delicious and healthful to eat, inviting people of all walks of life to a new culinary experience, and opening doors to life changing attitudes toward nutrition and sustenance.

Matthew’s goal is to aid others in discovering an “enlightened way of being” starting with the food they eat every single day. With over 300,000 obesity-related deaths each year and an estimated 54 million pre-diabetic people in this country, Matthew is more driven now than ever before to help teach the incredible benefits of an increase of raw foods (and therefore a decrease of processed foods) in each of our lives.
